- Gifts must be returned within 2 days of delivery. If you need to make a return, please send the gift in the original packaging.
- Once we have established the returned merchandise has been received in good condition, we will reimburse you for it (excluding the costs for return postage) within 2 working days.
- All returned items must be in new and unused condition.
You will not be reimbursed if:
– It has been taken out of original protective plastic or packaging
– You have attempted to reassemble the product once broken
– If it has been used
